Yes, our concentrated all-natural laundry soaps are designed to be used in high-efficiency washers, and in both hot and cold wash cycles. That said, our soaps also work great in traditional washing machines and we’ve done extensive testing in all machine types.

Use 1oz for normal sized loads. Use 2oz for heavy or large loads. Suitable for both HE & Standard machines. Follow garment care instructions.

Our proprietary formula is crafted to battle and remove stains. For very tough stains, we do recommend pre-treating the garments with a stain remover or dab of soap directly, and we are actively working on the development of an all-natural stain remover by Bloop.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $50, and when you subscribe.

Our warehouse team aims to process and ship your orders within 48 hours, and average shipping times in the continental US can be 2 to 5 days. Once you check out, you’ll find that our communication of your order status is borderline annoyingly detailed. We prefer to over-communicate.

Currently we are only shipping in the US, and are not yet shipping outside of the US. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and military APOs, but please understand that longer shipping times might occur. If you have any issues with your orders, or any other questions please email info@heybloop.com.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Bloop products within the first 30 days of the receipt date, email us at info@heybloop.com and we’ll process a refund for your purchase.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products, or for ordering errors. If you choose to return unopened product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns on most of our products if used for safety reasons, but also in consideration of the environmental impact and expense of shipping.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Just set it and forget it. We’ll remind you when your automatic refill is ready to ship to confirm everything. You are only charged once the order ships.
