Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $45.

Our warehouse team aims to process and ship your orders within 48 hours, and average shipping times in the continental US can be 2 to 5 days. Once you check out, you’ll find that our communication of your order status is borderline annoyingly detailed. We prefer to over-communicate.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products, or for ordering errors. If you choose to return unopened product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns on most of our products if used for safety reasons, but also in consideration of the environmental impact and expense of shipping.

It is pretty simple. Select your favorite laundry soap and we’ll automatically send you a new carton every two months. Just set it and forget it. We’ll remind you when your automatic refill is ready to ship to confirm everything. You are only charged once the order ships. Update products, update the frequency, pause or cancel anytime through your account. Shipping is free after two cartons, and we offer a discounted flat rate of just $5 if you only need one carton.
